Back to wibbling after a few days off. My always slightly dodgy left calf got very tight and strained last week, so I had a couple of days off. Annoying, when I want to get stuck into that rowing machine and work on getting the 2000 metre time down to under 11:00 byt the end of this month. Oddly enough, now it's healed from that my calf feels better than it does normally!

Last night, 11:18 again! At least I'm consistent.

If I go this evening I might do a short session on there just working on technique, to make sure I'm doing it right. But it's TOM and I feel all achy and blah so might skip today.

i have been doing so much wibbling lately i seem to be stuck at 149/150 i cannot get back to 147 dont matter what i do... funny enough tho all my clothes are loose so assume i have gained muscle weight

I was really caning it by the end. My legs were wobbly when I got off!

I decided after that it was time to go and do my abs stuff, since that meant being able to lie flat on my back for a while... which I needed!

not surprised u were wobbly surprised u did anything after that lol

thanks kissa but i will never be skinny but then to be honest i dont want to be

me and ems did our measurements the other day before she went away after our pact and i found my old ones from before atkins was quite scary the difference, i cant find the ones from when i was 262lbs but then i probably didnt do them lol

New wibbling schedule for October and November!

3 times a week at the gym, cardio and weights, rather than splitting them up. Longer sessions, but some free days, which suits me right now.

Rowing machine target, get another 30 seconds off my time. Down to under 10:30 by the end of October.
