I've still got some sacroiliac tenderness, but it's a bit better. I'll be keeping it fairly mild, but adding a bit more in than I did yesterday.

Had my assessment. Weirdly the scales there didn't show a loss, despite the loss I've recorded at home. Ah well, what's the use of weighing at teatime after eating and drinking all day and wearing clothes.

Other results mostly improvements from a month ago:
BP down from 129/79 to 107/73 - that's actually kind of low, esp the 107. I need to drink more coffee!
Resting pulse rate 68, down 5 from 73.
Bodyfat 37%. No change from last month. That one always takes ages. :sigh:
The Aerobic Capacity and VO2 stuff I don't actually really understand. It's improved, but is still below average. Gotta get more intense on my cardio to improve that.

I just saw a car crash while I was walking through the park this morning - luckily nobody was hurt, but I gave my name and address to one of the drivers in case she needs witnesses (the other car was going far too fast and just pulled straight out of the junction in front of her).

After hardly changing for ages, my weight has dropped nearly 2 lbs since Saturday. I hope it stays there, and doesn't leap back up again just as fast. Today's the lowest number I've seen this year, though still five pounds higher than it was two years ago.

I've just noticed that I put this on the wibble thread instead of the normal one. I suppose I'd better do some exercise now, to get us back on topic .

I wibbled the weights last night. Wibbling the cardio tonight. I pushed the intensity of the cardio up a bit in my Saturday session, so must continue that tonight. Gotta push myself!

well i wibbled yesterday but have munchkins around for rest of week so wont get up the gym again til the weekend

I have been doing no wiggling or wobbling. I will get it together next week. Last week was my first full week of school so I am trying to get a routine. Also, I start my MSc classes the 27th. Lots going on this month.

I should be wibbling right this minute, at the gym, but I'm skiving! Couldn't seem to sleep much last night, so absolutley knackered this morning. Maybe if I feel perky enough later I'll do a session on my Step. It's cardio session due today, so I can do that at home easier than I can do my weightlifting.
