Okay . . . new plan for the year.

My knees are shot so I can't do the race for life as I had planned, so I have to find a walking one. Is there such a thing as walk for life?? Oh well I'm going to look into it and raise some pennies when I do.

Other than that exercise has been really difficult to fit in as work is really manic at the mo and it will stay that way until year end is over!!

I am up and down the corridors all day though!!

Busy week but I've managed to wibble for 4 out of 5 days and that was my big clean up day.

I got to walk a bit today. It as in the 70's really weird for this time of year. We are supposed to get snow tomorrow. I wish it would just bucket down and get it over with, so my nephew would be happy.

Hi everyone....

Been terrible, no active wibbling lately... I do walk miles and miles, but Iīm not making an effort at any gym exercise at all! So far it hasnīt done any lasting damage, as Iīve toned up my legs nicely and the weight seems to hover around 153 lbs.... Who knows, with all this walking, I may actually get to my ultimate (and now not so secret) goal of 145-150 pounds! Got to go to the gym, at least twice or three times a week... Iīm sure all that walking is great, but I only really walk for any significant time on weekends, so I need to move my backside during the week as well... The only thing thatīs stopping me from going regularly (you can probably tell itīs just an excuse!) is that my Spanish isnīt up to par yet and so Iīm having a hard time communicating everything to a potential trainer. Oh well, best get out my dictionary and exercise my brain at the same time!

Happy exercising!

If the trainer is a gorgeous Spaniard surely the fun will be trying to communicate? LOL

I am going to try to mark my spot here ladies, I already check in with Treadmill Buddies despite never getting on a treadmill, and Allies exercising across America!

We must try to keep these UK boards active.

On that front: the suggestion made by my HR manager here at work was to get a Spanish BF ASAP, as it would help with me learning the language.... LOL! Maybe I should look for a nice Spanish trainer as quick as I can.....

I remember that too!!!

Anyway, Iīve enquired about personal trainers, and apparently there are some good ones who are available... Now just got to find a nice looking one who is at least as tall as I am... This will prove to be quite the challenge in itself!

I wibbled all over the pistes in a rather wobbly way. Lots of exercise is a way that is quite new to me. I really enjoyed it y the end of it all. No weight gain so I am reasonably happy.

I wibbled Thursday and Friday and yesterday (I've decided weekends are wibble free zones for now, weekdays are wibbling days.) I've been using my mini twist stepper. Tonight I'll do some Step aerobics though, I think I should alternate days between the stepper and the Step. Will also do some weight training with the hand weights I have.

I'm starting short and adding more time as I can manage.
