Defined arms...in my dreams. Well done Mimosa. I enjoyed an aerobics class this morning.

Doubt I'll get any serious exercise in now until next Thursday as I am wandering the Yorkshire countryside with DD and her husband. Having a couple of days with my sister in York, all good really.

Still wibbling... Well done for all the exercise everyone!

I wibbled last night: an intense weights session. Tonight will be an hour of cardio interval training....

I have to say, I still hate exercise, but I'm starting to like the results and how I feel afterwards!!!

I've got a Reebok Step at home and little stepper machine thingy. Right now the stepper has a blanket over it and the Step is basically a rather low bench.

i actually went to the gym twice over chrimbo but the halo slips when we talk about what food i had!!!

back today and will be going at least 3 times a week ...got to get rid of this extra before my hols

I wibbled on my Step for, well a pretty lame 10 minutes before I was all knackered out, but it's a start, and I've not done any regular exercise for ages. Sheesh, six months ago I could do a long spin class and still walk again the next day. Shows how quick you lose it if you don't keep it up.

Back to wibble again tomorrow!

I only managed 4 classes in December. Pathetic.

This morning I did a one hour Body Pump class followed by a new aerobics class I didn't know was on, so I did not go on the treadmill. I work much harder in the classes!

I'm kind of shy of classes, and anything involving good coordination, like Body Pump, no way will I do that, I'll make a total arse of myself. But I did do some classes last year, Spinning, which I like (you really know you've done some work there!) and Boxercise, which was great fun. I'm also very competitive, so I'll always work harder in a class than on my own. Maybe I'll try some again later in the year.

Heh, it is hard work for sure! I certainly used to watch the clock in that class. But even the first time I got through the whole class, and I've seen people skinnier than me have to give it up and stagger off part way through. Probably smokers. Now if someone would just invent comfier bike seats to prevent numbbum. Ouch!

good grief that spinning looks like hell i have a friend who does it.. no way would i even attempt it

its a funny thing people assume skinny people are fitter but i have a very skinny friend who is dead after 2 lengths of the pool where i can happily do 50.. weird isnt it
