Twice flippant even....I made it to an aerobics class and it was a lovely fun one, for once my brain and my feet were making a connection.

OK I wibbled at curves...
I have Tai Bo DVD has anyone ever done this? What do you think about it? I just hope it is fun.

I also have a T-Tapp dvd and I will let you know about that. Look up Terease Tapp and she has a book called Fit and Fablous in 15 mins. It is supposed to be to great. Several of the girls have swore by this so I will let you know about that.

Hi All!

Can I join in, please?

I'm trying to go to the gym 4 times a week, and so I'm checking in to let you know I've got a Personal Training session this evening for an hour...
I'm also either walking on the treadmill or doing my lateral thigh trainer for 30 minutes a day... My counsellor told me to get up and exercise more, cause it will help with the whole depression/ED thing, so I'm giving it a proper go, in the hope I'll be a bit more cheerful!

Cosmic, I've got lots of T-tapp DVD's and I love them all! I get really into it for a while, and then I get a bit lax about my exercise and stop, but it's my favourite type of video workout, and the results are excellent!

Hi Cosmic, Mimosa and everyone.

Well done on getting to Curves Cosmic, I have never tried Tai Bo, so I can't comment, I would love to try T Tapp as it gets such good press. I am just no good at working out at home, I am not good at motivating myself.

Haven't made it to the gym at all this week nor will I, just various commitments that I a cannot avoid. There are no classes in the afternoons that suit me, so I am missing it lots.

Down to Devon on Friday and I will enjoy classes there next week. Good work everyone.

It's a 'Blackadder' thing where he was on the front line and said 'wibble' a lot, with pencils up his nose and a hanky on his head!! Yes it's very definitely a British thing!!

I'm doing a wibble this evening... 30 mins cardio, 30 mins upper body weights... After that I'm off for a few drinks, so the wibbling has to be intense to be able to negate the effects of the drinking...
