Uk/European Q re Retin A

Hi there

Did any of you read or were involved in the thread concerning Retin A,it is in the amazing past post's.
I ask becuase I want to know what the equivalant of the Alpha Hydroxy would be over here, I used to get it in Walmart's in the States but am not sure now.
Any info would be great

Thank you

I don't think that Retin A is available in an over the counter form in this country. Some cosmetics contain it but in very small amounts. Something like ROC is almost certainly as good as it gets.

I would ask at the Boots dispensary counter and they will let you know but I think our rules on that kind of thing are much more strict...darn it!

Silly me, you are in Spain...doh!

I have a great treatment called CACI. See if there are any salons near you offering it. Not cheap but wonderful.

It was first developed in hospitals for the treatment of conditions like Bell's Palsy. It works on both muscle tone and skin condition.

There are other companies doing it too, throughout the world, it really works, but you have to do it regularly. Once a month at least.

OK I don't know what any of this. I know hydroxy cut helps to lose weight. So you need to fill me and tell me what this stuff is and what it does.

Hi Cosmic
Its all about facial rejuvenation, there has been a thread on what products actually work, Alpha Hydroxy acid is one that sloughs of the old skin cells , Im not sure you could eat it or lose weight with it,Im just trying to tighten up the skin on my face a little and judging by your piccy you certainly do not need that yet, your skin looks lovely.

I managed to get what I was looking for here in Spain over the counter, which was good.
