we could maybe arrange to meet for a coffee or something...weekdays are easier for me but i am sure i could sort a sat or sun morning if necessary

I could definitely do a saturday in the summer, I'm studying at the mo so weekends are tied up but don't let that stop you guys though.

my friend had one at her 40th.... all these women saying oooh no i mustnt have the fatty bits... i went to front and said yes pls and LOADS of cracklin lolol.. u got to love atkins sometimes

Missed this. I would get to Chelmsford to meet but I am out of London til 11th April, then in OZ til 20th May then in Devon....well, you make a day and if I can I will get there!

Not there yet Shy. But you are sweetie. I am working on getting down. I have a massive amount of weight to loose. I was down 3/4 lb this morning. I just need to get up early and walk.

by the way cosmic am in your neck of the woods tomorrow at st johns for my pre op check up.. will keep my eye out for these to die for muffins lol

No they don't have them here. They are at Broomfield. But in the canteen they do a nice granola and yoghurt.

I can't chat proper because I am at work. HEEHEE...so I can only post. But we could be meet up one evening in Chat. I will start a chat thread.

nope this is for girly stuff... i have been having heavy periods lasting sometimes 10 days with only a one week break so i am having a <deep breath> endometrial ablation... sounds scary dont it lol

wouldnt u know it tho since i saw the consultant about 6 weeks ago i havent had a single one lolol.. typical me huh

i was at st johns today but dutifully steered clear of the cafe and anything that looked remotely like a muffin lol
