Uk/Europe - Water consumption

I drink about 2 litres a day but am thinking of increasing it to 3 litres. How much do you drink per day?

Cosmic mentioned flavoured water that contain hidden sugars, has anyone found any flavoured ones that are pure i.e. 0 carbs or natural without aspartame?

I know you have to watch the flavored Volvic it has close to 6 teaspoons full of sugar in it.

I am going to do my best to get my water up to 3 plus liters today. So we can post daily what we are drinking.

I am on number two at the moment.

Help! I drink tons of the Volvic! I have just sent DH to grab a bottle for me to study. I love the Lemon and Lime flavour, I dilute it half and half with tap.

Shy, just looking at your amazing losses above. What is S/W?

Well my bottle firmly say 0 carbs, although it says sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K.

Sucralose is Splenda (just about I think?) and the other stuff is a sweetener - not sugar.

Don't expect anything like that here Mum!!!!! Plain old water (or some very nice Australian Plonk!)

I was told that about the Volvic at a WW meeting I did ages ago. We also discussed it yesterday after work. One of the girls is doing slimming world. Just be careful because they do have hidden carbs.

I am on my 2nd liter of water today.

I am aiming to get in close to 4 that is my new goal.

What I do is I keep the amount I need to drink in fridge in 1 liter bottles. That way I know what I am drinking. I try to refill each night. I have two 1 liter bottles at work that I try to get through during the day. Since I am thinking about what all I need to drink it seems to be much harder to get it all in.

I normally get another liter and half in when I get home. SO....I just need that to be at my total for the day. I think this is good. Because I am now getting all my water in. YEAH

Water today is . . .2 litres so far. I'm really thirsty today so I think I'll be close to 4 litres by the time I finish.

I need to work on getting more water in. I do drink about four cups of tea per day, but not enough plain stuff.

Empty your milk carton, first checking how many litres it holds, fill it with water, select a glass of your choice, pour, throw and count!

Simple but effective.
