Anyone in Columbus, OH??

Hi!

I just moved to Columbus last December, and I love it! I'm just curious to see if there are any Columbus LCers out there!

I am in columbus an love it too. I know one other columbus lc-er, she follows a stricter version of atkins, gold standard (for people with yeast problems). I was on atkins for a couple years, then switched to BFFM which is an workout and dietary program. It does allow some more carbs than atkins, but is still a lot less than the typical american diet. And the carbs are all whole foods, not lc products or junk foods. Glad you are enjoying columbus.

I'm a bit east of you in Pataskala. Lots of good eats in Columbus, huh? Any good luck with lo-carb foods besides those at Kroger/Meijer/WalMart?

Just down the road from you in Dayton. Actually, there are several people that I'm aware of from around Columbus, they post mostly on the Playground and the Century Club Lounge.

Welcome to Ohio, I'm a transplant myself, been here about 18 months now.
