Hey Y'all...THAT WAS FUN!!! Stacy, when do you get back from your Vegas trip? Might have to do something after that. I have a cake due on Saturday, July 15 and one due on the 18th...both wedding cakes. I am going to be busy for awhile. Why don't we make plans to meet when you get back?

Wow!!! I can't believe my eyes!! I found a low carb low cal group withing 90 miles of me!!! I will have to see if this is only for gatherings info or if we can talk about our lowcarb/lowcal lifestyle! I have just learned that this is the way to lose weight...cals do count, but low carb helps to keep the cals down by reducing appetite!!

O Boy, new people!!!! I'm trying to plan a lunch one Saturday each month, and I hope anyone in and around the Knoxville area will join us. I really appreciate the advice and support available here on the board, but nothing can replace the camaraderie of hanging out in real life. Mary, I'll be gone 7/22-8/2, and I'm sure when I get back I'll have lots of pictures and maybe a few Vegas stories to share *wink* I may go ahead and plan a lunch for July 15 anyway, and then meet somewhere near you like we talked about in August (any day but 8/12). What do you think?
