Any Michigan Low Carbers out there?

I love living in Michigan until the time comes to find a support group. For some reason Michigan seems to be support group challenged. I'm hoping there are some other Michiganers in the place so we can form a support group too.

Im from michigan and I have been on the carb diet for almost 4 months. I love it I have lost pound and loving it. Where in michigan do you live I live in dearborn. Wrtie back and tell me about your goal.

I live in Portage and am back to low carbing. I have noticed the support group challeng in michigan myself.

I to am from Michigan, just north of Detroit. I have been doing this since January 16 and have lost 69.2 pounds. I am always in the down river area if people are interest in a get together some time. I grew up in the south end of Dearborn Heights and visit friends all the time.

Please PM me if you get one started.

bdladie my husband and I have a couple of businesses down river, Southgate and Allen park, Detroit as well........Where downriver are you?
One business in on VanBorn and one on Eureka Rd. Sounds like us lower Michigan folks are all close. How about we start a Michigan Challenge group on Challenge board and then we can get to know each other. Any takers?

I stopped even looking in on this thread because it remained unanswered for so long.

There are others from Michigan here after all! Yeah!

I am in Detroit. Dearborn is very near me. If we are all close to each other we should have a once a month meetup to compare weight loss notes and tips. At least for those of us who live close to each other that is. I think it would be fun.

What do you say girls? We can take pics and post them here for those Michiganers who live too far to participate.

Queeny, I'm game for a Michigan challenge thread. I hope by now you have already started it. I'll go look for it now.

Hello ladies. I'm from michigan also. Oak park to be exact. I've just re-started adkins 2 months ago and have lost 40 lbs so far. I'm glad I found this thread.
