The gathering in fast approaching and we need to get a head count as best we can and also I know that there are several still in need of finding people to share a cabin with... If someone has a cabin and needs people to fill it just PM me and let me know so I can help you fill it... if you are needing to find a cabin PM me to let me know so I can try pass it on to those that have cabin space! I am starting the list here so if you are coming let me know so I can add it to my post so it is gathered all together. If I miss your name Im sorry... Im just super busy these next few days and am trying to do this quickly.. Also if I haven't seen you post about it recently I want to double check you can still make it.

Just let me know so I can add ya. Also if you are on the list and can't go now just let me know so I can take you off..

Cheri, Tom and I will be in Tennessee the 18-21 but we have several family members going with us for a family vacation so better take us off the list. We will be right down the road at Brothers Cove, but we wont be at the pig roast this year. We are still going to try and stop by to meet everyone though.

Shmabby the cost is $15 per person to cover paper products and the meat. You should bring a side dish of your choosing. The dates are May 19 & 20. The 19th we will be having a meet & greet in our cabin and the the actual gathering is Saturday at the park. Watch the gathering board for a post to be going up VERY soon regarding times and directions. Hope to see you there

I'm sure I confused you.
I'm not talking about the $15 per person, I was talking about the per person for the cabin rental.

Hope that makes sense.
