Stats: Over 130 pounds lost!
What are you bringing to the TN gathering? (Dishes to share)

Friday night ( May 19th) is the meet and greet where people will bring appetizers to share to the main cabin where it will be held. Also we will need side dishes and desserts for the Saturday picnic gathering in the park.... the pork and tableware will be provided as well as bottled water. If you would like anything other then water please bring a little cooler with what you want to have.

Please post what you will be bringing to the gathering to give others an idea of what others are sharing to avoid alot of duplicate items...

Heres mine...

Friday:

Shrimp and Dip
jalapeno Poppers
Brownies

Saturday:

Plain Cheesecake
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Strawberry nobake Cheesecake

(I probably will add something else after I see what others are bringing)

Let us know what YOU are bringing!

Friday - Simple things. celery with peanut butter and deviled eggs
Saturday - turkey stir-fry and/or turkey divan

I have a crock pot to keep at least one of the Satuday items hot for a while, which leans me towards turkey divan which might survive being kept at temperature better, but I simply love the stir-fry, so its hard to choose! The stir-fry might be okay if it gets a bit cool though too. hmm....

Since I am flying this year I will have to bring something easy.......thinking I will make a salad of some type once I get to the cabin for Saturday......I was thinking poppers for Friday night but Cheri stole my idea So I think I will make Cream Cheese muffins instead

Cheri count me in for helping with whatever needs to be done when I get there And don't forget to shave your legs "bunkie"

I am going to bring a lasagna for Saturday, and the turkey divan too I think. I just remembered I brought the stir-fry a couple of years ago already!

Still bringing simple snacks though - I myself don't snack, except on ranch or bbq sunflower seeds, so maybe I'll bring a bag of those. And I'm bringing lots of diet soda of course!
