Hi All you old (oops, I mean former!

) members of the past New England group. Are any of you still around? I can't blame you if you do not remember me as it has been a long time since I've posted. I see that there are some new Massachusetts and New Hampshire people on the Board so maybe we could start a new and improved group. What do you say?

Hi Gonna b,

It is so good to hear from you! I have gained weight in the time I've been away from this Board and am trying to get back into the LC routine. I posted the NE thread on the Playground and got a good response there. There are alot of people here from New England. You are the only person that I've heard from that was in the old group though. Come on over to the Playground and join us. I am going to continue to post there as that is where I got the greatest number of responses.

So what are we thinking as far as day/time? I'm mostly available anytime except Mon/Tues. And weekends or Wednesdays I'd most likely have to bring kids with me. Which I'm used to, but I understand how they can get in the way of conversation.

I think you need a few more posts under your belt to get into the Playground. It's an Off Topic forum. You need to be a member for so many months and have so many posts, like with private messages. Theres a thread stickied in the Main Lobby.

Hi there,

I went to a few gatherings. I remember a few people mentioning Friski, but I don't think you ever came when I was there. I remember gonnabskinny though, you are in Keene, right? I'm in Nashua. I stayed the same for a year and got frustrated and went off LC and gained back the 25 pounds I lost, now I'm back again. Guess I'm not good enough for the Playground either.

You both *should* be able to get in the Playground. Maybe you have to pm an admin or something.

In any event, there's no planning going on over there. It was a "Hey, who's fron NE?" kind of post and spilled over here since this is the planning a gathering board.

The original thread's been buried now. So you guys aren't missing anything. Well, not as far as planning a gathering goes... The Playground is pretty fun in general.

So, start planning already!

Hi All,

Sorry, I've been away for a bit. Its been a stressful time since my Dad passed away and a week later my Mom was in a pretty bad car accident. I've also worked thirteen days straight and am pooped when I get home. Anyway, one bright spot was when I had a physical for a new job this week and found that I have lost 27 pounds since January 1st. Now if I can only stay away from those chocolate Easter bunny ears this weekend I'll be on the road to LC recovery!
