Do not live there but go through there often when we go visit my hubby's family in Aiken, S.C.

I'm from North Augusta--work in Augusta. Started low carbing back in April 2004, lost 25 lbs., then ate pancakes on vacation. That was my downfall. I gained back 15 of those lbs in the past year and am again on induction to lose them. How about you?
