Well, the first time I did Atkins, was in 1999. I lost almost 50 pounds. I gained almost all of it back, but I want to be smaller than I was when I lost that weight.
I started again the beginning of March, but wasn't really counting carbs, I was just eating LC foods. I just got serious about Induction 2 weeks ago, but this past weekend I went to a Bridal Shower and, well, you know.....

Chester Co, I know the area a little, I used to pass it every weekend when going to Lancaster to visit DH's family (before we moved, we now take a different route). I have a friend right up 896, about 5 minutes from Rt. 1.

Congrats on the bundle of joy to be!

Maybe one day we can have a gathering!

Hey you guys!!! We are having a LC gathering in Howell, NJ at my home in July. Why don't you all come on over. I am in Central NJ, right off of 195, RT 9,and the Garden State Parkway. Really easy to get to. It is posted under NY/NJ/CT gathering, but PA and Delaware are always included.

Finally getting back here...I know I said I would plan something in June or July, but I was thinking about going to the NJ gathering on July 16th and wondered about doing something later in the summer say August or September.
