Hello All,

I'm a newbie to this forum. I currently reside in Aurora, CO and I'm interested in learning from all of you what works best for low carb dieters.

On the last saturday of every month there is a low carb support group in Colorado Springs CO, it is at 10:30 at the Low carb market, If you need more information or are interested, let me know.

There's a Low Carb Market in the Springs? Nice. If I can find that I may get down there this month, from up here near Florissant.

Low Carb Market is on Academy and Flintridge in the shopping center, just a couple doors down from Dairy Queen!:P
