I encourage everyone to join. I know for me I have been struggling the last 2 weeks and this last meeting ignited the fire that was slowly burning out. I think it is really beneficial to anyone that needs support and that accountability. Katiedid is keeping the records and Cat77Dog77 will be making up fliers to post. If you can’t attend both at least come to one.

Hmmmm, I think there's a Chili's right there at the right side of the strip mall. If you go down Kingston past Morell and K-Mart it's the shopping plaza on the right. I know there's a bar and grill across the street but can't remember the name of it.

Loss report? Girl, I already got one for ya! Since starting Brandy's bootcamp I've dropped 6 pounds. Heeeellllooo, I'm sticking to this WOE like a spider in my bug traps.
