go to your profile,
then to register.

click to modify your profile.
then go to edit options.
under messaging & notification click yes.
under hide email address click no
under email notification click yes.
under unable private message click yes.
under send you email when you recieve a private message click yes.
at bottom of page click submit modifications

thats all there is to it.

i post on the board every day.. mostly in the main and pg... also i do the protein challenge.. formerly meat and egg fasting... come join us... fun ladies we are... little crazy.. but we get the work day by in a jiffy!

We visited your area during Hurrican Ivan. I just wanted to say that y'all have a GREAT zoo! My little boy still talks about it!
