UK meeting in London

Well, everyone, I think it's finally going to happen for real!
We are going to meet!! WOOHOO!

Anyway, since I've taken it upon myself to organise this fun gathering, I'd like your imput! What suits you best, etc? Also, I need to know numbers and dates!

Please answer these questions for me, so I can taylor a meet that will please all of you!

1 - Which day on a weekend in October can you meet?
2 - Are there certain times you prefer? (transport, etc)
3 - Are there any places you'd like to go to? (suggestions!)
4 - How many of you are coming? (partner, kids)

my answers:

1: weekend of 9th oct, or weekend 15th oct, or weekend 22nd oct
2: I'm in London anyway, so no preferred time!
3: a nice restaurant for some great food and drinks, and maybe a little entertainment in the form of a gallery or exhibition...
4: just lil' old me!

can do all weekends in October at the moment, but can't guarantee anything!

don't mind times - am in London

whatever - but would prefer something not smoky (i.e. somewhere with fab air-conditioning if there are smokers within the party!). Gallery sounds good - can post more suggestions depending on what other people want...

And there will just be me.
