Just wondering if there's anyone in South Africa?

I am not in South Africa, but I just wanted to say hi and wish you well on your journey in LC. I am on The Zone now, which is more of a moderate carb life...but I can't seem to find anyone in my area!

South Africa. WOW always wanted to visit Africa. Hopefully I will one day. Good luck on your journey. I am doing Atkins.

wow my brother met his wife in africa they were on teen missions international wow. cool any way im doing atkins and ive lost over 90 pounds

Hi Try Again and Stamina. I'm in South Africa. I live in Pretoria and work in Kyalami. I'm on a low GI diet but I've decided to reduce the carbs. I just started South African Callanetics (DVD) yesterday. I've been on diet for 2 months and lost 5kgs but still 8kgs to go to goal.
How's your weight loss going?
