I hear ya legend, im on the other coast ft myers bonita springs, ive been on since nov 28th and already down 14 pounds, goona try and be good this holiday, everytime i jump on the scale and see loss i get excited and empowered to keep on. its tough but its better to be skinny than to have a moments satisfaction with a piece of pie. Im gonna be ready for that beach weather come summer. Ill be in ft lauderdale in march for a test so maybe ill hit the beaches lookin a little slimmer.
