Hi,

A group of friends and I live in the Stillwater/Maplewood area- we are planning on doing the South Beach Diet combined with the Atkins diet. We are starting the first the of the year. Right now we are putting together recipes. We are planning on emailing each other recipes and motivation/support to each other, if you are interested, let me know.
