Hmmm. I'm in OKC, but I'm commenting on your name. You wouldn't happen to originally be from the Kay County area, would you? Just curious. The name sounds familiar.

I have lived in Payne and Lincoln county all of my life (except 4 LONG years when I lived in Omaha, NE)

How long have you been low carbing? I started June 9th.

I started February 3rd, and I've lost 40 pounds total so far. Actually I've gained 2 back so I'm at 38, but I always use the higher number...

I can't wait 'til the day that I can say I am ONE pound away from Onederland! It seems so far away!

I have lost 9.5 lbs since June 9. I bought a new scale, and it weighs me heavier. I still say that I have lost 9.5 lbs, because if I had these scales when I started, I probably would have been heavier then too. Make sense? I think so...
