I am interested in LFL...tell me more please

I am in southern calif. There are very few Lindora facilities.

I found one about 30 mins from my house.

I am insulin resistant with hypothyroidism.

I was wondering how well they worked with people with underlying conditions...

I need to lose at least 40 pounds.

I hear they are helpful and work with you..

Thanks for reading...

Hope to hear some feedback..thanks

Hi!

I think that the L4L plan is one of the best around. I have a fellow friend who has similar issues to you that has been successful with this plan. The clinic does an amazing job working with people with underlying conditions. It is all medically supervised.

I'm in southern cal too. I've lost 30 pounds on the plan and have another 30 to go, after having my second child. I don't go to the clinic. I'm just doing it on my own. You can get the book online and give it a shot. The only thing you have to lose is weight!

Good luck. WE are here to help you.

I do it by the book so to speak as I live in Utah where there isn't a facility, so I just use the book I got online. I have done it once before and lost 80+ pounds. I am also insulin resistant w/metabolic syndrome so losing weight is doubly hard for me. So this way of eating coupled with exercise is perfect as I just don't process carbs normally.

I just bought the book today and started reading it. Is there a way to buy the bars without being a member?

You can buy the bars online from the Lindora website.

you can purchase bars drinks at a tad pricier... at Rite Aid stores...
Good luck they do a good job at fulfilling a need for a quick snack or even a meal... I myself have to get back on the wagon...

Hi - I just started the program yesterday using the information on this board. I've ordered the book from Amazon, but figure it will take a few days to get here. No time like the present to get started though!
