What to Eat

Thanks for your info. I'm a newbie. Just finished the three day initial proteins. That was hard! But what exactly can I eat on the regular days? Can you give me a sample menu?

Thanks!

I had berries and cottage cheese for breakfast
snack will be yogurt
lunch 2c lettuce, tomato, 3oz of lean steak, and a slice of fresh pineapple
afternoon snack: protein shake
dinner: well.. tonight.. tonight we are going to RED LOBSTER... LOL! so my dinner will be a little bit off... LOL !
but I will have a salad.. dressing on the side... Admirals feast.. with veggies.. and not going to have the butter.. but lemon .. etc.. just trying to enjoy the dinner but modify it as much as I can to make it somewhat fit on the LFL plan

Usually we have for dinner 2c lettuce.. with a tomato.. a protein.. fish,or chicken etc.. a little bit of veggies..from the list.. and a fruit also from the list.
I love fresh fruits and veggies etc.. so I usually have no problem following the plan.
Just print out the list and eat off the list. 4-6 meals.. 3 main meals.. 3 snacks. the snacks are usually protein.. low fat and low cals.
come and post on our april thread

Bone,
I am also a maintainer, lost 60 lbs. on LFL about five years ago and have kept it off by going back onto the diet every now and then when I gain a little. The key to success for me was not to learn how to stay on a diet, but to learn how to get right back on track after going off for a while. I am on it now to try to lose another 10 lbs. before a trip to Hawaii, but of course those last few always come off a lot slower.

Plateau

2 questions Please

I have been on Lindora LFL and I've lost 11 lbs have been stuck at 223 for 4 days, the counselor gave me the plateau diet but I wonder should I still use the benefiber during plateau?

Also does anyone have a basic shopping list for the weightloss or protein days?

Thank so much and Good luck to everyone
