Hi pattycake1! I am doing just great. Still on Lindora, have lost 55 lbs now. I washed my size 8 jeans last night to make them tighter today and when I put them on they were loose. This last 10 lbs is coming off very slow. The scale isn't moving but I think the inches are, which is cool. Ask me anything. I would love to help motivate you.

luzeit4good...I went to a clinic for two 10 week programs which ended in January. The first 10 week I went in every day to be weighed and such. The second was just a two day a week visit. The clinic helped a lot with questions, plateaus and such. But now, I don't go in at all and have weaned myself off of the Lindora products. I didn't want to have to continue to buy the products, which was a good thing because their product prices just went up. I am still losing at a slow rate, which is good. It averages about 1 lb a week now. If you buy the Lindora book, all the information you need is in that book. Ask me anything. I will try and check this every day.

I am game for some type of Support Group too! I went into Lindora's clinic in 2009 and lost 47 pounds in less than 3 months. I have over 100 lbs to loose.

How's everyone doing today? I had a good weekend, tried to stay close to the plan, walked 3 miles on Sunday morning with the husband. Went a little crazy with the Carb Smart Ice Cream bars, but my weight was the same this morning. Thank heavens!!! Those ice cream bars are my sweet treat and only 5 carbs!! I love, love, love them, especially on a hot day in Southern California. What do you treat yourself with?

I love sugar free jello too. Oh and I pour a little crystal light peach flavoring on my cottage cheese for a sweet treat.
