I Want to Turn Fat Into Muscle
I know when we lose weight we lose it all over the body but I want to focus on turning my fat legs into muscle. I don't mean larger calves . . . because I have muscle there . . . but also with fat. What is the best way to handle this. I am going to post picture .. . if I can ever figure how to. |

Thanks Timin
Thanks Timing is Evry Thng - I know I asked this question Aug. 2010 but I am glad to discover you answered. Timing Is Everything - Thanks - I'm going to try the squats. Looks like you average the same amount of post as I do. I am not a member of a gym but I do want to start yoga at home and start walking and riding my bike again. I have been on a lazy streak. Thanks again
