Gained!
Ok so I didnt have a goodnite's sleep on sunday and that usually makes me not show a loss for the next day but i didnt expect a gain! i went from 295.6 to 298! today was a little better I went back down to 296 but i was scared. I so want this to work for me. The lady at clinic told me to replace the evening meal with a lindora shake and that should start the downward trend again. so I will let you guys know if it works.

don't worry...
This has happened to me. SOmetimes my body will just "hold on" to the weight and then all of the sudden, I'll get a big drop. Weird. This especially happens around the time of my period. Keep at it! mylittletrio |

thats true. lack of sleep leads to weight gain, plus you would look really haggard. You wont be able to hide it. I mean, everyone needs a beauty rest right?
