anyone have thyroid disease and doing LFL?
My thyroid has gone in the toilet since started on the new stuff after Armour was discontinued. How are those of you that have thyroid disease managing weight loss?
I lost 22lbs FAST over the summer doing LFL but gained 12lbs back in just 2 months.  thanks! |
