Thinking of starting LFL...
I did LFL several years ago and lost 14 pounds, but then struggled and when back to my bad ways and gained it all back.
Can I get some menus from protein days from anyone? I am so much better when I see an actual daily menu from someone when I'm getting started. Thanks! Michele |

I'm not really planning to do Lean for Life but thinking about doing 3 protein days. They really help as a good kickstart. I normally just eat grilled chicken, eggs, shrimp, and tuna.
