help your opinion
I have been on lindora many times. I manage to lose weight but as soon as i get off the program i gain the weight back. I am thinking of trying 1 more time. Does anyone have that same problem?

Boop,
no, not really. I gain back a few due to summer sloppy eats! All my own fault. A couple of suggestions. 1. Borrow, rent or buy the book the "Thin Commandments". It really hits home when it comes to repeated eating patterns and how to get off that roller coaster. 2. Weigh in daily or weekly..and do not allow more then 5 pounds to be on the scale. If it is, get back to a protein day or wl day 0 or whatever it takes 3. Take note that going off implies a "diet" and retrain the mind or self talk that eating healthy is a lifestyle. Forever you must, must, must do your best to control your weight. 4. Start a journal here at LCF. Its a good way to work out some of the ups and downs. What are your stats and where are you at now? ![]() |
