Summer Challenge for the week of July 13th to 19th

Hello my fellow LFL'ers

This is a continuation of our Summer Challenge thread. All are welcome, newbies and oldies.

I thought I'd start the thread for the week. I was MIA yesterday, but did complete a protein day.

WTG Fatgamer....you are truly an inspiration to many of us proving this program works when you are totally committed. I'm backing you up on another loss of equal or more.....you're doing so well.

Welcome back from your trip Clare. You must have had a blast!
I too love those Ice Cap's Dana.....you can truly tell we're Timmy lovers.

I hope you gals/guys are still out there. Please keep posting. I'll aim to start a weekly thread. If you are on before me, please feel free to start next weeks. We can set weekly goals and/or work for a goal by Fall.

Yes please do weekly threads! That's much easier for me. That way it's not so overwhelming. I hope to start and CHALLENGE all of YOU starting the 20th. So be here and be readyyyyyyyy!!! [In all honesty, I'm not sure what you do here, guess post your weight beginning of week and end of week? Or post poundage lost a day? Or?]

This is my 5th day of my 2nd 10 week stint at Lindora Clinic. I have lost 7 lbs already.

OK gals,

Time for truth. Last week, I lost my 4. Then this week, I don't know what happened. Gained the four back plus 2. That's way too much. I know why, booze. My old friend was in town and we were drinking Captain and diet coke. I was eating Rib Eye and corn. Indian food with Naan bread. OMG...Gluttony to the max. Kinda scared me to see how easily I could go back to my old habits. I am very disappointed in myself and sad. However, that's not in my nature to "poor me" things..

Back on board. Now have 14 pounds to lose. On my way back into ketosis.
