Is there a daily check in type of group?

I can't find any groups that are just a daily group. I was just wondering if there is one or not so I quit looking. I just started the L4L today and have some questions about it 1. why do you have to do phase 2? I have not got the book yet, and we have no clinics where I live and I am not going to pay for the online or the clinic any way it is too expensive. any ideas any one? I am fed up with other diets and want some thing that works.

Elizabeth, congrats on choosing this woe, theres no daily check in per se, but we try to keep in contact on one of the recent threads in here. Phase 2 or metabolic adjustment is important because your body gets used to to the set point so to speak and it just changes it to help activate further weight loss.

Phase 2

Phase 2 helps increase your metabolism so that your body doesn't think it's starving and stops your weight loss. The book says you have to do it every 28 days but the Lindora clinic says every 56 days (every 2 cycles).

Hi burnedout,
I too am new to the LFL way. I have yet to start though I do have the book and have tasted several of the products .

I don't know anything about Phase 2 but I can direct you to a blog that is a great read for those interested in started LFL. FAT GAMER's blog. You can find the link here on his signature. It is funny and informative. The only think that sucks about it is that it ended!

How are you doing on it? I would love to hear!!!
