Can you help me? My first Protein days questions

I made my eating plan for the first 3 days - Protein.
You have six protein servings
Said to try for 50 to 100 carbs

Well I only have
1st day - 23 carbs
2nd day - 29 carbs
3rd day - 26 carbs

How the heck am I supposed to find enough to add up to at least 50 carbs?

1st day - Totals 23 carbs
15, Lindora Coconut Almond Bar
7, Lindora chocolate drink
0, Tuna - 2.5oz
0, cheese (fat free) - 2oz
0, turkey breast ground - 3.5oz
1, cold cuts - 2.5oz

2nd day - Totals 29 carbs
12, nonfat milk - 1 cup
0, cheese (fat free) - 2oz
1, egg - 1 egg
15, Lindora Coconut Almond Bar
0, chicken breast - 3.5oz
17, cold cuts - 2.5oz

3rd day - Totals 26 carbs
9, nonfat yogurt - 1/2oz
0, cheese (fat free) - 2oz
0, turkey breast ground - 3.5oz
4, cottage cheese - 4oz
0, chicken breast - 3.5oz
13, Lindora Chocolate mint bar

Thank you so much.

Check with Lindora > I dont think you are eating enough. I have to eat every2 hours to satisfy my hunger. Try the B-complex shot. Drink warm lemon water every morning when you get up

hope that helps pokey sue

You need to eat every 2hrs from the time of waking up. You also want to mix animal proteins with other proteins. 50/50 is the rule of thumb at the Lindora Clinic I go into.

First Protein Days

It says to have at least 6. The doctor at Lindora said you can have up to 12 if you become hungry. The nurse at Lindora says it's ok to have less carbs as long as you are not getting hungry.

Okay! Thanks you guys. In the book it does say you can have up to 12 but that depends on your level of activity and mine is well... the 6 serving size. LOL

I'm going to go for it again. I get my second order from Lindora tomorrow. Hopefully I don't feast on it like the piglet I was the other days.

Again thanks.

Oh and I live in Texas. They don't have a Lindora here. Not that it would matter, I couldn't afford to go to the clinic. If I call, I think I have to pay... so I really appreciate you helping me out with this.

Thank you, thank you!
