HeLP - Which products would you recommend initially?
I think I'm going to order the book today.
I haven't a clue which items to buy since I will be purchasing them before reading the book. Do ya'll have any suggestions of "must haves?" I'm really excited about this. I think this is going to be my answer. I sure hope so. I hope to become more involved in the Lean for Life thread and hopefully, in the future, be able to help others with my knowledge. hehhe.. blah blah. Okay, thanks. So my questions: 1. What products do you suggest are "must haves" to purchase today that would get me through 2 weeks of the program? 2. Do you have the mini blender from Lindora? Does that work well? 3. Do you have the scale? Is it a good scale? |

RE:Which products would you recommend?
I love the Creamy Hot Cocoa! Make sure you use only 6oz of water or it will taste watery. I did have the mini blender and it does work good. I need to buy a new one but right now I just use a whisk and it works good.
I wouldn't spend too much on their products. I would shop for the first three days only. I would get eggs, shaved turkey, string cheese, milk, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken breasts, and tuna to name a few. On the 3rd day shop for your fruits, veggies, Sugar Free Jello, cherrios, and Sara Lee Delightful 45 calorie (9 carb)bread. Try to stick to the lower carb fruits like strawberries and peaches. Some of the lower carb veggies are Jicama (with some lemon juice and Pico De Gallo on top), Broccoli, Cucumbers, tomatoes, Zucchini and Spinach. Hope this helps! |

Exactly what I was needing. Thank you!
Oh rose the thought of going to the grocery store that frequently makes me want barf. Oh bummer I was hoping I ordered the Hot Cocoa but looked at my form and nope, no Hot Cocoa. I'll definitely get it next time. Hopefully they will have another sale. I was looking at the Magic Bullet. Been drooling over that for quite a while. But I just can't afford it. Thanks for taking the time you took to type all this. I really appreciate it. |

Love Blue,
The bars are pricey....however, I'm a busy mom and I could not live without my bars. I like the chocolate mint, fudge divine and caramel ones. They are great on the go or right after the gym. Join our challenge....we have a great support group! Good luck! |

I wish I had bought more on sale. They were expensive enough 40% off. Egad!!
I did order the choc mint the other night because I read someone cut it up and froze it for a treat and that sounded tasty. Thanks!!! I'll look for it ... the support group. I'm so hyped about this. I just know this is going to be it. |
