Help! Sample Menu

Hi everyone. I am a newbie and I just started L4L. I seem to be having some problems with the protein days. Could someone post what they might eat on their protein days? I need some real life examples of what people are actually eating.

I appreciate the help. Thanks!

I tried this diet about four years ago. I was on it for a few weeks and did see results, but the protein days tripped me up. I am trying it again with a friend and we are trying to figure out what snacks we can have. Also is lettuce/salad completely off limits on protein days?

Welcome!! Im new to the LFL program also, so far on my protein days look like this:

Hardboiled egg
string cheese
LFL protein bar
turkey meat (deli)
Cottage cheese
baked salmon
protein shake blended with just Ice and water.

Also I bought a Chicken salad mix from costco (premade) I dont think this is the best choice being that Im sure they use mayonaise and who knows what else.

Hope that helps. Good luck
