New here and just a few questions
HI, I am new to the program and have a few questions. I am getting a trace reading on my ketone stick is that enough? In my first 3 protein days I lost 3lbs but have stalled the past 2 days. I am hoping to lose 30lbs by the middle of August so any help or suggestions are much appreciated!

Hi Marie0204, come join the fun in the summer challenge thread with us. The more people on the thread, the more advice, support and encouragement to go around. Some of us are doing it from home, others at the clinic. I too am looking to lose about the same amount by the end of summer. This program is great and will work if you follow it.
As long as the stick is turning...you're burning fat! Just hold on and the weight will drop. Many of us had gone through plateaus. Take care. ![]() |
