Hey Fatgamer I thought we lost you! WOW! you've done an amazing job! COngrats!!

I've been on the SSU plan the whole time. I like going once a week but for a first timer I kinda wish i was able to afford the whole plan. I didnt reach my goal and maybe it would of made the difference, you know reporting daily. ;/ Now that my program has ended they treat me as a "management" client and I still pay outta pocket for each time I visist for shots...around $20. Not that bad.

Well Its basically my Friday!! yay! hope all of you have a great weekend and STAY STRONG!!

Hey folks - I am off on vacay now for 2 weeks - a kid free week at an all inc in Cabo with my hubby & friends, then a family trip to Vegas (my parents are visiting from England, so I figure they'll need a break after looking after the kids for a week!). WISH ME LUCK gulp, not looking forward to the scales when I get back!

Whats the best low carb drink - anyone know? vodka & diet???

Keep going, I expect everyone to have lost at least another 10lbs by the time I get back (to make up for the 20lbs I'll have put on!!!!!)

I think the if your going to drink that these two are the best options. Sugar-free Redbull and vodka is only 60 calories, or Vodka and tonic. Thats a tough one. All alcholic beverages are so bad for us when watching what we eat. I think Im going to stick with sugar-free RB and vodka!

Good Luck and have a great 2 week vacation!! LUCKY! ;p Cabo is going to be amazing!

OK- @ Clare. You are NOT going to put on 20 pounds. You are going to increase your walking and make healthy food choices. Don't put that bad thought in your head.

Welcome back Fatgamer...we thought you were gone.

Do Metabolic Adjustment. It is important. I never gained on it.

I slipped last night at 10:30. Damn Pirate's booty. Was up a pound this morning. Thinking it might be water weight since I did not drink that much yesterday. But going to get back on today. Having a really hard time being as disciplined as the first time and not sure what to do about it.

Have a great holiday weekend everyone. Keep burning calories!

I'm trying not to cry. I got my book and a few of the Lindora products I ordered first go round.

So - well I need to make a grocery list (I rarely grocery shop - drive through, yep) and so

I planned to start the Protein days on Monday. Just made my protein eating schedule for day 1 -3 but I don't think it's right... so I'm fixing to cry...

and then, , I have eaten, let's see - 2 of the chocolate mint bars and 3 of the coconut almond bars - and I haven't even started yet. Thanks for listening.
