I'm not sure and wondering the same thing. I am in Canada so the Lindora products are not available but would love to find a substitute. Does anyone know if you can use protein bars and shakes during your first 3 protein days or is it better to stick with natural foods? I'm waiting for the book so am just winging it at this point.

You can use them for your snacks on protein days and anytime during the diet. The only thing is that they do have some carbs, so it might take a little longer to hit ketosis. I only use LFL products...
The calorie content is 150 and 15G carbs. I think anything with the same amount or less would be fine! |

Ive bought some protein bars from a friend the bars are I think from the co. Nutrilite Trim Advantage bars. They are supposedly very balanced having 23 g of protein. They are very satisfying and do curb the appetite. Can be cut up easily for little snackies when on the go. I can eat practically a half a box of other kinds but these are satisfying. Hope it helps
Trial and error is kind of the the way to find out and also to compare protein vs carbs on the box. |
