Metabolic Adjustment
Hi Guys, I have done my first weight loss period...lost 11.2 pounds. I stalled for a long time. Now it's time for metabolic adjustment and I am really scared and worried no weight loss in two weeks will depress me .....

You will do fine
Just follow the book. If you havent lost anything for a day or so doesnt it suggest you eat a protein meal instead of the "salad menu day" Throw in a protein meal in other words. You will get there ! |

Yes...if I gain more than a pound and 1/2 I'm to substitute a protein meal for dinner. Plus, maintain a regular protein day during the week. I did a full hour on the precor machine yesterday, because I was scared. It paid off! I actually lost weight. I think I can do this. Springalong, good to have you on board!
