Re: B Injections

Congats, your Journey is now begining. Since this is all new to you. If you have any questions about the program ask, even if it sounds like a stupid one. The nurses know the program. The b6 shots influence the function of 60 enzymes & increasing antibodies, helps all of the brain neurotransmitters, including serotonin, lowers and reduces cell aggregation (blood clotting) B12 helps to regenerate red blood cells, helps to insulate the myelin sheath membrane surrounding the nerve cell. I hope this helps. If you want to know more about this. They have should have hand outs on what is actually in the B6 and B12 shots.

Re: B Injections

No, they do not have in pill form. When it is given as a shot, it is asimulated better in the body, the pill form means you have to wait, for it to dissolve to start working. I hope this helps. What are your stats on Lindora, how long have you been on the program. Here are mine, I started July 2008, I lost 40lbs by Thanksgiving. Then I went into maintaince for two months. I went back on the program in February. I started at 211 and a size 18, I am now 165 and a size 10. Total weight lost of 45lbs. (I put on 6lbs over the Thanksgiving and Christmas).

I started 34 days ago and have lost 15 pounds. One weight loss phase and one metabolic adjustment. We have the same goal weight...within a 5 pound difference. You are doing awesome! Keep up the good work. I got some V B12 pills today anyway...will give it a try. It can't hurt!

I want to be a LFL buddy too!

thumbs up to both of your weight loss efforts! I have just started maintenance. I find that I am horrified of any suspicious looking carb...lol. I am still technically "obese" on the bmi chart, so I am determined to continue on the program, on my own and with the help of LCF.

B shots at Lindora

When I was about half way into program, I started getting itchy all over, and I couldn't figure out why! Turns out I am allergic to the B shots! Once I stopped the shots the itching went away as well as the hives. The B booster shots worked the opposite for me, they made me extremely tired for days afterward.

The b-12 injection is 1/4th of a cc that they give you daily in the clinic. I hope this helps.

Ok. Now that have me baffled. All week it has been 1/4th a cc injection of b12. However, yesterday they gave me 1.5 CC of b12.
