Hello fellow Lean for lifers
I have been on the program since July 2008, I lost 40lbs with two sessions of weight loss, all before Thanksgiving. Then I went into maintenance, I am now back on program since February 18, 2009 I have lost 6lbs so far. I was a size 18 now I am A size 10. This is the only program I have been on that really works. Thanks for listening.
