Terrrrrrrrrrrrrrific Tuesday!!! 2/8/05
[COLOR=indigo]Weigh in day for me and I have all kinds of news today.
I am down 4 pounds this week. Which means I am 33 pounds from Onederland, ![]() 62 pounds from goal!! ![]() and best of all I am the newest member of the 130 Pound Club!!! ![]() [/COLOR] Okay, can you tell I am a little excited!! My numbers have bounced so much lately I thought I'd never get here. ![]()

Hello All! Hit the gym today. Eating protein today. Yesterday was not good. I'm finding that I can track my major downfalls to hormonal shifts (ovulation). In my case, these shifts can cause extreme swings. I haven't been taking my L-glutamine but I'm correcting that today. Putting a turkey breast in the crockpot in a few. So, lots of lean protein for the rest of the week. Wish me luck. I soooooooo need some! |

Made it through my protein day but did not lose anything. Remaining steady though.
Congratulations Claritta. You are doing great. lilmiss - Hang in there. It will get better when you are well. Did a 15 minute ttapp workout yesterday evening and will try to WATP this afternoon. |

Verleen - I am taking your advice on the water. I work at a school and have the privilege of doing lunch duty. I now have the goal to drink 2 twenty ounce glasses of water each day while I monitor the munchkins. Did it today and survivied.

Not much to report, because I keep gaining and losing the same 5lbs. I'm still waiting to see the 130's again. I hope to be there soon. I probably would have been there long ago, if I could have STUCK to the program. I'm doing this once and for all. I'm strong and I sooo focused, I CAN DO IT!!!! livvi |

Thanks for all the input about the t-tapp (from Monday post). I'll check out the website today. It sounds interesting. And you all seem to speak highly of the program. My first two days went really well. Dropped 3.5 pounds of water weight already. So that's motivating! Check in later. Niccole |
