Tuesday...the day after the long weekend....

Well I guess no one is really around today...so I guess I'll start.

My day yesterday was completely off plan...company BBQ. My wieght though was 172.5 this morning...made no sense to me...I'm not counting it yet...could be a mistake!

Other than that, clean protein day today. So far. I'm eating a salad for lunch from Wendy's though since I didn't bring a lunch.

I should get back to work though...have a great day all!

Hi Jillie and all LFL'ers!

I'm really struggling to get back on plan after vacation!!! I did well on Sunday, and part of Monday, but by Monday afternoon I was eating everything in sight!!! My TOM started on Sunday so i'm sure that may be part of it!!! I've re-gained almost 10 lbs!!! Argh!

I did wake up and exercise today and that felt good and am going to eat well today!!!

Hope everyone has a great Tuesday! Debbie

I posted on Monday.

It's hard coming back to work after a long weekend.

Good morning everyone!!!

I have a milestone to report this morning. I lost a total of 4 pounds this week for a total of 94 pounds gone forever!

I realized as I was changing my stats that I started with 193 pounds to lose (a 3 digit number) and now I have 99 pounds to lose (a 2 digit number)!!! I was quite excited about that.

Water intake was great this weekend. I bought 2 - 32 oz bottles and rotated them in and out of the freezer to keep cold water handy. I think I finally found something that will work for me. Exercised 7 day this week!

We have a staff meeting this morning. I will be back later.

Well Debbie I'm sure you gain will disappear as fast as it came...water plays a big part.

Well GD...congrats on your 94lbs! What an accomplishment so far for sure!

Good Day All,

Hope everyone had a great holiday. Didn't do much eating but did have one sinful item. I like creme burlee, and I took that aspiring vegeterian to Whole Foods Yesterday. I call it the I'm ok organic, vegerterain, over priced tree huggers store. Anyway in the bakery they had individual creme burlee, I purchased and enjoyed.
I did share it with my daughter.

DD prepared me a panni yesterday and we shared the thing as we were not sure what is was going to taste like. She used some sort of wantobe Tofurky meat stuff. And all joking aside it was not bad. I was full from 1/2 the sandwich.

With the swollen knee having to go to the bathroom due to the water is no fun. Weight is up a few pounds due to TOM and this bum swollen knee, hopefully by Sunday it will return to 235 and I will keep on moving.

Everyone have a Blessed Day
Roe

Hello,

Well, I ate too much over the holiday weekend, too-and have 3 new pounds to show for it. But today I've had a pretty clean protein day so far. I really admire those of you who posted such nice losses today--great job!

My problem with protein days is dinnertime. I do fine until I sit down to dinner with my family and then I want to nibble/munch/eat what they are having! And willpower goes down the tubes. Was or is this an issue for anyone else? Have you conquered it???? I need to get over this, so if anyone has any suggestions, I'd lovee to hear them.

Hi everyone. I could've done better over the holiday weekend. I did jog on Saturday and did LOTS of walking (I wish I wore my pedometer - we went to a zoo-type place.) I'm still not feeling that well - I blame my thyroid for that. Hopefully the more clean eating I do the better I'll feel.

Tomorrow is my one week mark. I'm nervous about weighing since I ate some things I wasn't supposed to. (I didn't weigh yesterday or today).

We are getting POUNDED by rain from Hurricane Frances. I'm ready for it to stop.

Hope you all have a good night!

I did a clean protein day yesterday and didn't lose an ounce! I've never had that happen before. I can usually count on a 1 puund loss the day after p day.

Maybe it will be there tomorrow.
