My new bloodwork since LFL
I had my bloodwork done since LFLing since March and it is MUCH
improved over last year's results (when I was on Atkins for 18 months) Atkins 2003 LFL 2004 Trigylcerides: 59 Tri: 41 HDL: 59 HDL: 86 LDL: 138 LDL: 132 Cardiac Risk: 3.54 should be less than 5 2.6 HDL/LDL: 2.33 should be less than 3 1.5 I thought this was amazing..Although on Atkins it was okay, it is much better on LFL..even though I eat alot of eggs.. Has anyone else compared their bloodwork since LFLing??? |

That is great Carolyn!!
I had my bloodwork done before I started two weeks ago and it was actually very good so I am looking forward to seeing even continued improvement by the time I finish. Robbie |
