I was reading up on SLAPP cases in California and there is one that involves an internet forum and a couple of guys known only by their screen names. BTW, they were able to file an Anti-SLAPP suit and won. You know - thanks to that pesky First Amendment and all.

Ok, I need to know something. How do I send a letter that has to be signed for and the recipient needs to show proof of identification?
