On second thought don't. It makes me want to rush down to Taste of Elegance and dive headfirst into something piled a mile high with buttercream and raspberry filling

Oh my, more drool-worthy chocolate cakes!

I need to get some pans in other shapes, and get out my cake decorating supplies, so I can make some of those puppies ala LC!

Let me know how those turn out. It sounds nice! I cried when my youngest started kindergarten. It's difficult to let go. I miss my kids more than they miss their ma!

Why, I couldn't even imagine.

No! No! A thousand times ...whoa! Is that chocolate icing? <lip-smacking noises> OK, but don't be surprised if all your cakes end up naked. And it'll be all your fault if I get fatter - de Hottie made me do it!

There you go!

Yes, it's tiny, but that's because it's got all that flour and sugar, and in order to keep the carbs low, it has to be that small.

I'd rather have a LC cake...

It can be done!

Oh my, beautiful.... You are so talented, missy!

Happy Birthday to your five year old! My baby girl will be 20 in December. I don't know where the time goes. I have been a mommy for so long. Sometimes, I don't know what to do, now that she doesn't need a room mother, a cheerleader coach, or a driver!

I spent so many years going to see her perform in ballet, at football and basketball games and in school musicals and plays......I miss all that.

(she still lights up my life!)

Why is she doing Heidi's dirty work . Can Heidi not speak for herself.
I guess it hurt when she said I was pretty on the outside but not the inside...Ouch.
Amyb, the only reason why she does this is because she figures you're vulnerable and it's the only way she can further victimize you. I'm so sorry she's done this to you, and it truly puts into question in my mind her purpose of even being here.

Christin..I always feel so bad for people who are allergic to cats. I can't imagine not being able to share my home with cats. I feel so fortunate that I am not allergic. I honestly have never met a cat I didn't like!

Hey Sydney! How's it going? I'm usually either here or on Amy's board (different avi). It's just that I end up mostly lurking here as I get behind real quick.
LOL

Now these aren't nearly as impressive as Christin's cakes but they are what I make for Christmas and Thanksgiving and they are pretty darn tasty....

Blackbottoms - 44 calories and 6 total grams of carbs each

Rogaliki (Polish version of rugelach) 148 calories and 21 total grams of carbs each - Ouch!

Oh gosh, she is beautiful. I know your heart aches. Mine does, FOR YOU! I seriously have such an affinity for cats, I can't even tell you. I love every kitty I see, and if it were up to me, I would have a little rescue kitty ranch or something.

But, I just have two, and you've seen my boy kitty~ Little Fella.

Here is my girl kitty Little Girl ( yes they are named Little Fella and Little Girl, although we call the boy, Fella).

Sorry this picture is so big, I couldn't get her little. See her little beauty mark smudge, on the left of her face?

We had to give her medicine when she was a baby ( she was a rescue and had been abused and BURNED with cigarettes down her little back, if you can believe it...oh it makes me CRY).

Anyway, we thought that little mark, was a stain from the medicine, until she quit taking the medicine! Now, we call it her "beauty mark".

Oh God, I really AM a crazy Cat Woman!
