My take on Dee's pictures is that the "Thanksgiving Day" photo was just a photo to show how big she was at one time. To show the difference between than and now.

Dee...when you started KK, were you the size of the T-Day pic? I think you could have helped everyone here and there if you had just siad the before was an example of about where you started when you started KK. Unfortunately, the Ducks pick apart everything until they are satisfied they have received the answers they need to trust someone.

As you cannot get to your PMs, etc., now...you should send Heidi an C & D notice to get your stuff removed from the site. It is encouraging people to join KK.

Your success story is being used to draw in newbies - hence more money for Heidi.

Not to mention - Heidi has been known to take a screen name, and alter it slightly so it looks like it should be yours.

KK is out for new blood. If your story happens to motivate a few of the insiders - so be it. But those inside have already paid for their membership. She might now make a little more off them by pushing the other crap in the newsletters, promoting those other sites on the front of her site, and selling some silly shirts.

Why is someone using paid advertising? Because they need new members. Someone in the same shoes you were in Dee is going to see your story and won't be able to write that check out fast enough. Don't underestimate what your donations will be used for - or how powerful they are. You are viewed as a "success."

There's no need to continually defend yourself. Actions speak louder than words. But stay in other LCF threads until you feel safe enough to venture back here. Your perceptions might have undergone a seachange by then. About everything!

The only thing that I'm trying to say....you may want to give a slight consideration at this point to....I might be on your side. I might be trying to help your cause. And, no...one person is not going to take the Heidi ship down.....but there will be one person that comes along that is the final straw on the camels back. As far as the c & d letter vs. spoiliation of evidence...I will run it by John T. If he recommends c & d over spoiliation of evidence...that's what I will do. But, quite frankly, I still really don't believe that Heidi would be creating all of the "fakies" if there were really any interest in Dee.

Kat....yes...that is representative of Dee in June of 2008. The weight was around 350...I always use 347.5 because that's the # of a doctors visit somewhere that stuck out in my mind. It wasn't meant to be deceptive, but looking back, I can see how it was...because ironically...Heidi's photos...she claims...weren't meant to be "representative" of what "could" be accomplished. So I see why that's important to everyone.

As far as how I lost the weight...you are going to find out...(not baiting..not tempting...I just gave the information to someone else to handle)....I DID NOT LOSE ALL MY WEIGHT ON KIMKINS. There were flaws....I have some personal accountability for things I did that Heidi did not tell me to do. I am not the one investigating the photos, but I am very certain that they will be taking you up on your offer. Just not sure what they need.

Dee, ALL of us want very much for you to turn out to be on the up and up, exactly who you say you are. But, surely you can understand the importance of exposing you if you are in fact NOT on the up and up.

Okay - here is a clear and concise question for you: Did your testimonial that was used at Kimkins present that you lost the vast majority, if not all, of your wieght following the Kimkins plan, as written and presented on the website? If so, THIS is the time to come clean on that. Blame it on SNATT if you need to, or say you were misguided though well intentioned. Whatever. But if your testimonial was mislead in any way, it would be much better for YOU to state that than for one of us to figure that out.

I'm not trying to debate with you. I'm certainly not trying to push you towards the depths of despair. I AM trying to establish that you can be trusted as an alli. You will have your criteria for trusting any or all of us, and likewise, each of us has our own criteria. That is just how humans are wired. So, please try to take this in the vein it is intended.

It's already date stamped when you load it into photobucket.

I saw that, too and when I passsed the mouse over the picture it read 4/18/2007.

Could it be that this is an old photo, but representative of her original weight and she had it stored in her camera for a while? It could be confusing to someone loading pictures, if they didn't check the disk for old data.

2) Why now is different?
--she never admitted, told me about, or gave any indications that there were fake, active, profiles...I had no idea, how me and all my friends in KK were being duped into chatting and helping "fake people". (Now, I didn't ask...but remember, she told me that the only lies were her exaggerated weight loss and the photos)

Dee that is how most folk here feel when they engage with a new to the topic person claiming to be a Kker or an ex kker.

Why would you be so upset we are trying to make sure you are not a fake?

I know I personally assisted one such fake person here with setting up their Atkin(s moving to induction right from doing KK at the 800 cal level according to them), got them in an induction challenge topic even. Some went after them in the FWK topic and I told them don't let it get to you. they investigate everybody cause there is no way to know if you are kimmer. Heck for all you know I could be kimmer.

then at the end of 1 week on Atkins this peron posted they lost 10 pounds and I knew I had been wrong and they were fake and the other questioning duck had been right about them. And yep I contacted the questioning duck to say you were right I was wrong.
We have had a fake ex kker even get their story posted on the Kimkinssurvior blog until they were found out so it is natural to wonder and ask questions just as you would do if anybody showed up at your office claiming something.

Bet clients get annoyed when you see something in their answers to your questions that doesn't look correct to you and you have to ask for clarification from them and when they don't answer you don't say thats okay take your time you need some space as this has been tramatic experience for you. You again say I need clarification on this point so we can move on.

All I know is that I really didn't do much of anything and I was banned. I don't want to go back, but I can not see how this thing is getting away with taking peoples money, promoting a program that is hazardous and then giving them the boot when ever she feels like it. I didn't even have the camera in 2006, I don't believe...but let's try this....let's look at my Thanksgiving Day Race pic of 2007. Let me find it and I will show you where to find it....that should resolve any questions. I honestly can't tell you why the camera would say that...but I'll find out....Do you set the date on the camera when you first use it? (My ex bought and set up the camera...not gonna be asking him).
