Yesterday, I was made aware of a post that Heidi made in KK, that gave an insinuation that someone maybe OCD because of nasty emails..or something like that. I believe the post was referring to me, but I was not specifically named in it.
I c & p the contents of the post to Heidi, with an email....and just ask if paranoia was setting in. Was the almost "empty" chat room now empty, because that was where I hung nearly all of the time that I was logged into KK. What use to be a very busy chat room, had dwindled to just a few of the regulars and a few newbies/fakies over the past couple months. I sorta attributed it to better weather...but...looking back, that may not be the case.
So, my point, is that I specifically ask Heidi about the dwindling chatroom. What is it empty now, I asked? I knew my friends were still in there, but I told Heidi that we had an alternative chatroom....it's called yahoo conference...LOL and guess what...it's uncensored.
So I got a phone call this morning. Guess what....chat was quite the busy place this morning. Lots of "new" faces. But no one talking...only a select few talking...the regulars......the newbie/fakies...not saying a word.
So, I gotta think....paranoia is setting in. Some of what I said is coming true, folks are finding alternative ways to support each other.
I can't say for sure that the newbie/fakies in chat this morning were fake...I can say that 1 day after I point out to Heidi that chat is dwindling and that we have an alternate way to communicate...all the sudden...chat is booming with new faces......LMAO. Heidi...if all the chat regulars leave....are you and your fakies gonna sit there alone staring at each other....well...to stare at each other...you'd need a mirror...LOL
Now...Carly....if you were in chat this morning....sry...because you will likely get blamed for this. But I can tell you one thing....Carly is not who told me this. And, so Heidi...before you ban Carly for breaching her TOS-- DEEDLYNN don't LIE. And, Heidi...contrary to your apparent belief....the mere fact that someone is breathing...does not mean that they violated the TOS.
One more thing...Heidi....you wrote to me and said that you DON'T READ THE BLOGS or ANTI-KK threads....that is exactly what you said.....ONCE AGAIN..another LIE.....because clearly in our "published" email exchange, you refer to the "hater" threads and not to listen because what is out there is false.......so my next question to you HEIDI, (like I expect an answer), but siince this doesn't involve the lawsuit...it's a question that you can answer....HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT'S ON THE THREADS IF YOU OR ONE OF YOUR SOCK-PUPPETS DON'T READ THEM?
BTW--congratulations on your newest "side-kick", she's a smart cookie, so working hand in hand with you....her eyes will be open...QUICK!

When you were at KK, how did people explain, when people would disappear? Was it just that the Ducks lied to them and brain washed them? Or did people not really talk about it?

But Heidi has learned to save money in other ways. For example..her son sleeps on the floor. She has him wash all the cars...and she do the lawn. Maybe that is where the money is coming from. Save some here..spend some there.
Speaking of cars...I hope your car stays clean. I heard it rained Friday. Hate when that happens to a newly washed car and freshly cut grass.

Tooter, I think it is a "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" mentality over there. Even though they say everything is OK there and they are happy...they have all figured out you do not question anything negative or you will be gone. It is all done behind the scenes. I haven't checked yet to see if Heidi made up one of her excuses yet about Dee.

Tooter..not Dee here but I know when people disappeared that Heidi really never said anything about it. And when it was talked about in posts, the posts would disappear too. I saw it happen a few times. Someone would ask "where is so and so?" and it would go poof!

That's what I think too. I know it plays with the fear they have of losing their friends. It's that "Secret" thing. Pretending the Pink Elephant is not in the room.

Just wondering on Dee's "take" on it, since it's been so recent for her.

I know for a fact that many people who leave come back under different names..aka new members. I was shocked this weekend to find out that one she has banned..is indeed there.

I will say...that I can't recall seeing any postings about anyone being "banned", except by speculation of other KK members. I can't ever recall seeing admin post anything about banning....and if someone was "banned" it usually came across more as "gossip" for a few days among other members. Then as soon as the topic was not "hot" anymore it was dropped.
My banning is the first one that I've seen that has a "public" statement--that comes across as being a "blanket" statement, but is still not from admin.
If you check crzybabe's personal journal entry within the past few days...she makes a comment that " DEEDLYNN has been banned and there will likely be one more banning, ...then something about I don't want speculation--(or something like that)". She is leading the reader to believe that she is an "inside source"..."in the loop" and "in the know", so it appears as more than just "gossip".
The only one that I had a true conversation with Heidi about (okay...a conversation with Heidi...have no idea whether true or not--LOL) was about LauraLa..

I started looking back into some testimonials on the site. Currently it reads that there are 703.

Anyway, I'm wondering how many of those names are in the lawsuit. Also wondering if any are fakes.

Some have full names provided with them.

I clicked to view the additional testimonials, and one is a gal in Alabama, who saw the newsletter and wanted to know if she too could lose 100 lbs like Dee.

And of course there is mention under it:

"[xxxxxxxxx, you can lose with Kimkins and with a one time fee we're always here. Join today and start losing!]

Oh, and so funny how this letter is in the testimonials - that was a letter to heidi and heidi's response - not a testimonial.

There are a lot of names in those testimonials - would love to start a group somewhere and see how many of them some of us might already know.

No matter how much she actually owes, she will be liable for penalties for failure to pay estimated taxes. I'm sure her attorney advised her to pay up as the penalty clock was ticking.
